'Dit is een eitje' was created to set an experience based on the world in which Floor was living at that moment. It draws the basics on which she build her artistry and musical creativity. The hectic pace of daily life in the kitchen of an American Diner transformed into a song including a videoclip. The daily bad dad jokes and puns reflect exactly what the kitchen culture is all about. The music represents the urban culture of the young working class in Rotterdam. Where do hard workers find their escape from the hustle and stress in these hectic times? In the senses of dark humour, soul food, roasted coffees, danceable music and hanging out with friends!
